In addition, he was a small business consultant in New York City, while earning his MBA at Columbia University . Alan has worked with dozens of companies producing results repeatedly exceeding expectations. . For seven years, he was the Southern California facilitator for a leading management development program, leading the development of several hundred managers in a 12 month program. </span></p><div><!--break--><p><span style="font-family:lucida sans unicode,lucida grande,sans-serif;">Alan has led engagements which have resulted in major productivity, profitability and effectiveness improvements in operations, marketing and sales.
