Human beings are complex creatures but behavioral science has shown us to be rather predictable under the normal stress of work, We are predictable in how in our natural tendencies, in what we avoid, in what we are attracted to ... well over a hundred traits and tendencies.
Digital technology, statistics and advances in behavioral science have enabled an incredible increase in our ability to predict performance. This capability enables a large leap in our accuracy in selecting the optimal person for a specific job; it also enables us to understand which abilities, skills, styles, motivations and natural tendencies need to be addressed for the most impact on our performance or read a discussion of the underlying methodology for predicting human performance.
