Suitability Metrics in HATS Provide the Full Spectrum of Behavioral Information to Predict Performance

The suitability component of each Job Success Formula evaluates how each applicant compares and contrasts with a complete set of suitability factors including attitudes, motivations, interpersonal skills, interests, work values, and work preferences. Most systems only measure personality.  The HA measures over 150 suitability traits. This is in contrast with what others available in the market, typically a range of 8 to 24 traits.
